BLOG 4: A food that I really like

 Hello!

The today's topic is food (I love it!).

And, I`m going to talk about ONE of my favorites...Sushi 😍

It is a japanese food. Shaped like a stuffed roll, which is cut and served in small pieces.

First you have to get a wooden individual, which is covered with transparent plastic. On the individual a layer of cooked rice is spread (previously washed in water and seasoned with sugar and apple cider vinegar). Then, in one half lengthwise, the filling of your choice is put, from meat, to vegetables. Then with the help of the individual, everything is rolled up; to proceed to cover the ends of the roll with more rice so that the ingredients do not come out.

Having the roll ready, it is cut into parts and served. Although it is not the only recipe (sine it depends on the filling and the "wrap" of the roll), it is the most basic.

It is a food that I don't usually eat very often, but it is still one of my favorites.

With my family we even have a favorite place to order sushi here in Rancagua; and we usually order it for special occasions. I like it because it seems original to me how it is made, the mixes of flavors that can be made and because I like to use chopsticks to eat.

I don't eat it very often (it`s more because my mom don't let me), because it`s not a very practical food and it`s not the healthiest either 😔

First Blog: The places I would like to know

The thruth is that I am never had a favorite color, thing, person or place, if i`m sincere. There are so many places and locations that i would like to know. So, i will make a list (a looong list). 1. One of them maybe could be the archipelago of Fernando de Noronha in Brasil. I think it is a warm place, with sunny days, and is a world heritage, and I'm interested in patrimony. 2. Another place could be Denmark, I would like to go to the Kronborg`s castle, another world heritage. And, of course, i canot missing Copenhague and the lake Kronborg, a lake upon the ocean (i really love it). 3. La Toscana, in Italy, is one of the most beautiful regions that i`ve ever seen. Cities with artistic and cultural patrimony (again), like Florencia o Siena, and pretty little towns like San Gimignano o Volterra. Definitely, a place that i really want to go someday. 4. The Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul, South Korea. It was the residence of the kings of Korea in the Joseon Dynasty, duri...

Second Blog: The Best Concert/Holiday Ever...

Hello again! On my second entry I will be writing about some past memories When I went to Pichilemu in january of 2019. I went with my group of friends and mi mother, because our parents don`t like that we travel alone. But, we choose her cause my friends knows and love her. Basically, we went because we didn`t have a trip of fourth grade high school (sad, I know), all because the course had very marked groups, and every group wants to went to a different places, so we could not reach an agreement. For that, as a group, we decided to make a travel into the unknow (like Elsa), we we organize suitcases, buy tickets and rent some cabins in the place. We take this trip as a means of relaxing and congratulating ourselves on having finished the study process and after the last meetings, rehearsals and ceremonies that that last day entails. It took us three or four hours to go to Pichilemu, and in two taxis, our group finally arrive to the cabins. They were a set of connected cabins that...

Fifth Blog: Academic Challenges for 2021

Hello to everyone! ✨🌸 Being already at the end of 2021, almost 2 years into the pandemic, I could say that, from my point of view, this year has been almost the same as its predecessor. For this very reason -and having started university life in 2020-, the academic load and everything that this new stage entails has been affected. So far for me everything has been a challenge, from the content, which is completely new since I entered the career without knowing much about it; evaluations and schedules, to socializing, stress and the increased responsibility expected of me. But, I think the biggest challenge is having to do everything by myself; I still receive help, but it is an age and stage in which I have to take care of myself. For the same reason, I believe that being at home, in large part due to the world situation, has not allowed me to do it in its entirety. All this has left me studying from home remotely, which clearly has two sides: on the one hand it is more comfortable to...
